There is one main access point into the parking garage and (2) access points out of the garage. All (3) access points are located on Clift’s – Baird’s Cove.
+ Is there a parking office onsite?
Yes, there is an onsite parking office located near exit 1 of the parking garage.
+ Is overnight parking permitted?
Yes, overnight parking is permitted.
+ What are the parking rates?
Parking rates are dependent on date and time. They include:

24-hour intercom assistance is available at the parking lot entry and exit terminals for service. Press the Press for Assistance buttons to call for help.
+ What happens if I lose my ticket?
If you accidentally lose your ticket, you must pay the “lost ticket” charge at the pay station or terminal.
+ I am on vacation in St. John’s, am I allowed to park in the parking garage for longer than 24 hours?
Yes, extended parking periods are permitted. Your parking fee is calculated upon exit of the garage.
USER OVERPAYMENT
+ I overpaid for parking by accident.
If you overpaid for parking, you are required to validate that your vehicle was not parked in the parking lot for the time that you agreed to pay for.
+ What do I do if I do not recognize a charge on my credit card?
If you do not recognize a charge on your credit card, please call your credit card company to verify the charge.
TECHNICAL ISSUES
+ How do I report an issue?
If you would like to report an issue, select the Press for Assistance button on the terminal.
+ The machine says: “Ticket Unreadable”; what do I do?
Please re-insert your entry ticket with the arrows facing up and forward. You can also press the Press for Assistance button on the terminal for further assistance.
+ The machine won’t take my ticket; what do I do?
If the machine is unable to read your ticket, select the Press for Assistance button on the terminal.
+ The machine says: “Invalid Card”; what do I do?
Please insert a different card or press the Cancel button to receive your entrance ticket back. Reinsert the ticket and try again.
